A New Astorica Focus Area for South-East Asia
Astorica is developing an integrated housing platform designed to make high-quality homes more accessible across South-East Asia.
Our model combines modern prefabricated and modular construction, experienced local construction partners and long-term financing. The objective is to deliver completed homes—including land, installation and infrastructure connections—at substantially lower costs and within significantly shorter delivery periods than conventional construction.
Four Housing Options
The platform will offer four standardized and adaptable product categories:
● Entry-level modular homes
● Family homes
● Premium prefabricated homes
● Modular apartment units
Each home will be adapted to local building requirements, climate conditions and customer preferences.
From Order to Handover
Astorica is developing a disciplined 12-week service plan covering the complete process from confirmed order to handover:
● Final specifications and production release
● Manufacturing and quality control
● Pre-shipment inspection and logistics
● Site preparation and installation
● Connection to electricity, water and required infrastructure
● Final inspection and customer handover
Integrated Financing
Astorica will act as the overall financial partner, working with selected construction companies, landowners, manufacturers and financial institutions.
Eligible customers will be offered several pathways:
● Direct purchase
● Long-term financed purchase
● Rent-to-buy
● Long-term rental
The rent-to-buy model is intended to help families who can support regular monthly payments while requiring a more accessible route toward home ownership.
Building a Scalable Housing Platform
The initial program is designed around confirmed orders, standardized production and carefully selected manufacturing and construction partners. Following a successful launch and operational assessment, Astorica intends to expand the platform progressively across South-East Asia, starting in Vietnam.
Our ambition is to build a long-term housing ecosystem that connects efficient production, responsible financing and dependable local execution—creating attractive homes and a realistic path to ownership for more families.
